DEPOSIT: A deposit for the amount of one night’s stay plus tax is required at the time of the
reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club.
Personal checks and PayPal are welcome if received 30 days in advance of reservation.
CANCELLATIONS: Require 72 hours notice prior to date of arrival. We kindly request that
you give us as much advance notice as possible if you wish to cancel or change your
reservation.
SMOKING: Courteous smoking is allowed only on the 1st floor porch areas. Smoking is not
permitted in the rooms, other porch areas or on the grounds. Guests may incur charges if
smoking policies are violated. Thanks!
CHILDREN: We ask that you not bring children under the age of 14 so that we may
preserve the romantic and peaceful atmosphere for you and our other guests.
PETS: Sorry, we do not allow pets.
CLOSEST CITIES/AIRPORTS: Hearne Municipal Airport (non-commercial flights), 6 minute
drive from the B&B; Bryan/College Station Airport, 20-minute drive from the B&B:
Continental and American Eagle Airlines.
DINING: A breakfast featuring fresh fruit, freshly brewed coffee, juices and many other
delectable treats is served at 9:00 in the butler's pantry area on weekends. Guest may
dine in the formal dining room, family room or any of the beautiful outdoor porches. Lunch
and dinner may be found at any of our local restaurants in Hearne, or a short drive to
Bryan/College Station. We offer suggestions based on your dining preferences.
POOL AND OTHER AMENITIES: The pool facilities and surrounding grounds are provided
for your enjoyment. We ask that you exercise caution and understand that the use of
these facilities is at your own risk. While various areas of the grounds are finely
manicured, others are natural and quite untouched. Please be aware that nature's
creatures live in these areas so please be cautious if you venture out on the surrounding
property.
*ADDITIONAL RESERVATION DETAILS:
Due to the large number of email/internet scams we no longer accept cashiers checks,
money orders or wire transfers as a form of payment. Over payments will not be
accepted. Upon cancellation of any reservation refunds can only be credited to the same
credit card that was used to confirm your reservation. Refunds will not be issued in the
form of check, cashier's check, money order or wire transfer for any reason.

*INTERNATIONAL RESERVATIONS:
Refunds for cancellation of international reservations may not be processed for up to 30
days from the date of cancellation. Both the 30 day cancellation and wait period for
processing the refund are at the discretion of the Innkeeper. We do not accept
international cashier's checks, money orders or wire transfers as forms of payment, nor
will we issue checks, money orders, wires transfers or cashiers checks as form of refund
for cancelled reservations. All credits of refunds must be issued to the original credit card
account that was used to confirm the reservation.
